Adani Group companies’ Q4 results schedule: Check details here

The Adani Group, Indian multinational company, and its subsidiaries are scheduled to release their financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year 2024-25 this week. Here’s all you need to know about the upcoming Q4 announcements.

Adani Energy Solutions Limited and ACC will declare their results on April 24, 2025. Meanwhile, Sanghi Industries Limited, Adani Green Energy Limited, and Adani Total Gas Limited will unveil their results on April 28, 2025.

1. Adani Energy Solutions Limited: Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) reported nearly 80% rise in its consolidated net profit to ₹625.30 for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 (Q3 FY25). The company will announce its fourth quarter earnings on April 24, 2025.

2. ACC Limited: Cement maker ACC Ltd reported a 103% surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹1,091.73 crore in the three-month period ended December 2024. On April 24, 2025, the company will announce its fourth quarter earnings for the year 2024-25.

3. Sanghi Industries Limited: Adani Group has recently merged the firm and Penna Cement with Ambuja Cements to consolidate cement operations in one unit. The company will announce its Q4 results on April 28, 2024.

4. Adani Green Energy Limited: The company posted an 85.15% increase in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹474 crore for the three-month period ended December 2024 and is all set to declare its fourth quarter results on April 28, 2025.

5. Adani Total Gas Limited: With Sanghi Industries and Adani Green Energy, Adani Total Gas, a gas distribution company will also declare its quarterly results for the fourth quarter on April 28, 2025.

6. Adani Power Limited: Adani Power declared 7.4% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its profit after tax (PAT) to ₹2,940 crore for the third quarter of 2024. The company will declare its fourth quarter results on April 30, 2025.

7. Ambuja Cements Limited: Ambuja Cement reported a whopping 242.2% jump in its consolidated net profit at ₹1,758.03 crore in the third quarter. Ambuja Cements will declare its fourth quarter results on May 1, 2025.

8. Adani Enterprises Limited: Adani Enterprises reported an 88% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit in the third quarter to ₹228.64 crore. The company will announce its fourth quarter results on May 1, 2025.

Ahead of the Q4 results, shares of Adani Energy Solutions closed 0.69% lower at ₹931 apiece on the NSE, whereas shares of ACC Limited also saw a decline to close 0.16% lower at ₹2,085 apiece on the NSE.

On the other hand, shares of Sanghi Industries closed 0.18% lower at ₹64.83 apiece on the NSE. Similarly, shares of Adani Green Energy closed 1.23% lower at ₹944.45 apiece on the NSE.
