Cement maker ACC Ltd announced its Q4 results for FY24 on Thursday, April 24, 2025. The company has reported a 12% rise in revenue, reaching ₹5,948.5 crore.
ACC reported a net profit of ₹751 crore for Q4 FY25. This is a decline of over 20% as compared to the net profit of ₹943 crore reported in Q4 FY24.
The company's revenue from operations increased nearly 13% year-on-year to ₹5,992 crore. The total expenses of the company also saw a hike and reached ₹5,515 crore.
Alongside its Q4 results, the company has also declared that its board has proposed a dividend of ₹7.5 per equity share. The record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the payout has been fixed for June 13.
The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or after July 1, subject to the necessary approvals. The margin of the company stands at 12.4% as compared to the 14% margin in the same quarter last year.
The company reported its highest-ever quarterly sales volume at 11.9 million tonnes, marking a 14% rise from the previous year. It attributed the growth across all business segments to a combination of higher volume and improved operational metrics. As per the exchange filing, the Adani Group-owned cement maker posted a quarterly bottom line of ₹751 crore.
During the reporting quarter, the company's operating EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) stood at ₹830 crore, with a margin of 13.7%.

At 3:17 PM, shares of ACC Limited are currently trading 0.25% higher at ₹2,057 apiece on the NSE.
