K K Silk Mills Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing fabrics and garments. The company manufactures a variety of knitted fabrics, including 100% cotton, 100% polyester, blended and printed polyester, which are used to produce garments across all age groups. It operates a 5,422 sq. meters manufacturing facility in Gujarat with a capacity utilisation of 96.15% as of June 2025. Sale of fabrics accounted for 83.03% of revenue, while garments contribution stood at 10.93%, service charge 5.93% and sale of scrap 0.10%. The company sells knitted fabrics to domestic and international garment manufacturers, with Hong Kong forming 0.06% of revenue in FY25. Domestically, revenue was dominated by Gujarat (60.69%), followed by Maharashtra (25.19%) as of June 2025.
