The expiry date of Silver Micro (SILVERMIC) and Silver Mini (SILVERM) has been changed from Monday, 30th November, 2020 to Friday, 27th November, 2020 due to a market holiday on 30th November, 2020. The revised tender period start date is Monday, 23rd November, 2020.

Coal India Limited conducted a meeting with its Board of Directors on 11th November 2020. As per this meeting, it has declared, to the Exchange, an Interim Dividend of Rs. 7.50  per equity share on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, of the Company.

Adjustments for Futures Contracts:
The base price of the Futures contracts on 19th November 2020, will be the reference rate less aggregate amount of dividend i.e. Rs. 7.5/-. The reference rate for this purpose shall be the daily mark to market settlement price of the relevant futures contract.

Adjustments for Options Contracts:
The full value of dividend i.e. Rs. 7.5/- would be deducted from all the cum-dividend strike prices on the ex-dividend date.
